Freddie found his way into our lives at just four months old after a friend of the family witnessed him being abandoned by a dumpster in a park during a storm. From the very beginning, he made a home in our hearts. Named after the inspiring Freddie Mercury, he had a lot to live up to, and he did just that.

He loved to annihilate his toy mice, take strolls around town in his stroller, make new friends, both furry and human, snuggle with his momma, and explore everything life had to offer. Though he faced multiple progressive disabilities, he never let them slow him down. His resilience, curiosity, and joy were inspiring to everyone who knew him.

Freddie was a light in our lives until the very end. He left us on June 6, 2025, after six wonderful years together, leaving a devastating void that can never be filled. Now, we look for him in everything blue, in the stars above, and in the wings of free birds.
